WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Elect Democratic Women (EDW), the Congressional Member-led committee dedicated to electing Democratic women to Congress, congratulates Jessica Killin on her primary victory in Colorado’s 5th Congressional District.

Jessica Killin, CO-05: Jessica Killin is an Army veteran who served as a Captain and paratrooper and was stationed overseas as a military police officer. As a civilian, she spent over a decade helping protect military families and veterans from the fallout of the 2008 financial crisis, later working in leadership roles in Washington. Killin will advance to the general election this November to flip this critical seat for Democrats.
