Elect Democratic Women Endorses Ashley Ehasz for Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Elect Democratic Women (EDW), the Congressional member-led committee dedicated to electing Democratic women to Congress, announced its endorsement of Ashley Ehasz for Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District.

“Ashley Ehasz embodies what it means to be a leader and a public servant. She served proudly as an army helicopter pilot and back in civilian life helping small businesses rebound after the pandemic,” said Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL), Chair of Elect Democratic Women. “We are confident that Ashley will be a fierce advocate for policies that uplift women and families in Congress. Her unwavering dedication to her community and country makes her the best choice to represent Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District and EDW is proud to endorse her candidacy.”

“When I served this country as a U.S Army officer and pilot-in-command, it was apparent that courage knew no gender. The United States is the country it is today because of the diverse talent and perspectives of all its constituencies. I plan on taking these values straight to Congress. It would be an honor of a lifetime to represent Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District. I am proud to have earned the endorsement of Elect Democratic Women and am looking forward to serving alongside them in the 119th Congress.” said Ashley Ehasz.
