Elect Democratic Women Endorses Dr. Jasmine Clark for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Elect Democratic Women (EDW), the Congressional Member-led committee dedicated to electing Democratic women to Congress, announced its endorsement of Dr. Jasmine Clark for Georgia’s 13th Congressional District.

“Elect Democratic Women proudly endorses Dr. Jasmine Clark for Congress,” said Liz Gallagher, Executive Director of Elect Democratic Women. “As a scientist, mother, and State Representative, Jasmine has dedicated her life to serving others and fighting for the issues that matter most to Georgia families. She has been a relentless champion for public health, lowering costs, expanding opportunity, and making sure every family has a fair shot. Jasmine has a proven record of bringing people together, solving problems, and delivering results. We know she will bring that same expertise, determination, and passion to Congress — and be the strong, effective voice Georgia families deserve.”

“I am grateful to receive the endorsement of Elect Democratic Women,” said Dr. Jasmine Clark. “I first ran for office because I believed our communities deserved a leader who would govern with integrity, listen to the evidence, and put facts, progress, and people ahead of politics. That’s the approach I’ve brought to the Georgia House, and it’s the approach I’ll take to Congress. At a time when extremists are attacking science, public education, and fundamental freedoms, I’m ready to fight for policies that help working families succeed and ensure every Georgian has a voice.”
