Elect Democratic Women Endorses Kaela Berg for Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Elect Democratic Women (EDW), the Congressional Member-led committee dedicated to electing Democratic women to Congress, announced its endorsement of Kaela Berg for Minnesota’s 2nd Congressional District.

“Elect Democratic Women is proud to endorse Kaela Berg for Congress,” said Congresswoman Lois Frankel, Chair of Elect Democratic Women. “As a flight attendant and a labor leader, Kaela fought for fair pay and safer workplaces for her colleagues. In the Minnesota legislature, she delivered critical solutions for her constituents on health care, education, and affordability. Kaela understands firsthand how rising costs weigh on working families—and she’s stayed relentlessly focused on bringing costs down. Kaela is a proven advocate who knows how to turn experience into action, and we’re excited to support her campaign.”

“This campaign is about standing up for working families, and I’m grateful to have Elect Democratic Women by my side,” said Kaela Berg. “Every step of my career, from serving families as a flight attendant and union leader to fighting for Minnesotans in the state House, has taught me what leadership looks like in action. I’m running for Congress to bring that same everyday experience and problem-solving approach to Washington to lower the cost of health care, housing, and groceries, protect workers’ rights, and make sure our government delivers real results for real people. I’m grateful for EDW’s support and excited to continue this fight together.”
